      Step 1:  Complete all modules for the IEP.  Every module will need to be saved and completed before being able to change status for an IEP. 


      Step 2:  Click on Draft in the drop down menu to display the other options now available and select Make Active.  



      The IEP will now show a Progress Report module.  All other Modules will be locked. 



      After an IEP is made Active a Level 4 user will have the below options.  A Level 4 user is able to revert an active IEP to a draft if necessary.  A Level 4 user is also able to Create An Amendment or Create An Annual once an IEP is Active.
