      Print

      Step 1:  To view or print forms click on the file folder button for your student.  















      Step 2:   Click on Print form for the form you would like to view.  You will be able to view or print the form from the next screen.  



      Click on Archive to view forms and IEPs that have been archived.  You can view any other files that have been uploaded by clicking on Upload File.  You have the capability to Upload a PDF file here as well.
