      Level 1-4 users may not have been connected to the proper district and building if your Home screen looks like the below.  You can check by clicking on your name in blue.  



      You can see Level 2 User is connected to the KS Demo district, but no buildings were added.  If you are not connected to the right district and buildings you will need to contact your Level 4 User that has access to your account.  A Level 4 user will need to contact Greenbush.  


      Another possibility of not seeing any students would be the Level 4 did not connect students to you as they were created.   If you do not see students like the screen below contact your Level 4 administrator.
