Getting Started with Backpack

Hello!

You should have received an email that looks like the below.  You will use your email address the email was sent to and the password in the email to log on to your account.  If you did not receive an email you will need to contact a Level 4 user at your district.    

You should see a screen similar to the one below when you log on.  If you do not see any students contact your Level 4 user at your district!

At the top of the screen you will see these selections:

Home:  Clicking on Home will take you back to your starting page.  

Help:  Clicking on Help will bring you to where you are now.  The Greenbush Support Home has screen shot directions for hopefully anything you need to figure out!  You can use the search box to find what you are looing for or scroll through the category list.  If you do not find your topic contact your Level 4 user or contact Greenbush.  

Contact:  Clicking on Contact will allow you to send an email to Greenbush.  You will enter your name, email address and a message.  We will contact you as soon as possible.  

At the bottom, right corner of your screen you will see:

Clicking on this button will open up a chat:

If you do not hear right back from someone, please leave your name and email address in a message in the chat and someone will contact you as soon as possible.
